Payment Policy

At Safemend, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. Safemend will not be responsible for any transaction fees, items damaged, or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically ship within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is around 6-10 business days and vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.

If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@safemend.com as soon as possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

101 Day Return Policy

The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 101 days of placing your order. To submit a request, please email us at support@safemend.com.

You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace any damaged product. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. Please send an email to support@safemend.com within 101 days placing the order. After 101 days we will not refund any items.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 101 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@safemend.com. If the case is deemed valid, Safemend will cover any related cost.

After 101 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
