At Safemend, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. SafeMend will not be responsible for any transaction fees, or bank fee's.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are shipped typically ship within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the check out page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated
depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.
If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment, but you will have to cover the shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Return Policy
The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To submit a request, please email us at email@example.com.
You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. If you have purchased multiples of the same product, and have opened more than one package, we can no longer honor our 30 day return policy. You must provide a valid tracking number of your return in order for us to proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the return and after product inspection, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, Safemend will cover any related cost to your reshipment.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
